Negotiated Leads Warranty

Negotiated Leads — Rules, Connection Process and Warranty

Rules for Service Providers

Negotiated Leads Warranty Rules governing Negotiated Leads, the connection process, Service Provider responsibilities, and warranty review.

(1.0) Negotiated Leads

Negotiated Leads are service opportunities collected by Craft Community through organic posts, paid traffic, the normal flow of CraftCommunity.org, and other acquisition channels.

The product offered by Craft Community is an opportunity to connect with a potential client who has accepted a proposal for a specific service.

Our work is to collect, organize, negotiate, verify, and connect service opportunities with Service Providers, using a structured process to reduce avoidable problems before the client’s information is released.

(1.1) Negotiation of Referrals

Negotiated Leads were negotiated based on the information available at the time of negotiation, including service type, project size, location, estimated labor needs, information provided by the client, and local market conditions.

The information presented represents the project as understood at the time of collection and negotiation. Final scope, scheduling, materials, site conditions, and any subsequent changes must be confirmed directly between the Service Provider and the client.

(1.2) Scheduling

After the connection is approved and the information is released, the Service Provider is responsible for contacting the client and arranging the service directly.

Craft Community does not control scheduling between the parties. The Service Provider and the client are responsible for confirming the date and time.

(1.3) Recurring Cleaning and Client Retention

For recurring cleaning services, the Connection Fee is charged only for the original connection. Craft Community does not charge a new Connection Fee each time the same client schedules another cleaning resulting from that connection.

Client retention depends on the relationship between the Service Provider and the client, including service quality, communication, punctuality, availability, price, and client satisfaction. Craft Community does not guarantee recurring services or a minimum number of future services.

(1.4) Independent Service Providers

Service Providers operate independently from Craft Community. Craft Community is not the employer of the Service Provider and does not become a party to the service agreement entered into between the Service Provider and the client.

Each Service Provider is responsible for verifying and complying with insurance, license, permit, registration, tax, safety, or other legal requirements applicable to the service and the jurisdiction where the work will be performed.

(1.5) How to Approach the Client

After the connection is approved and the information is released, the Service Provider may contact the client by text message or phone call regarding the requested service.

The Service Provider must identify themselves clearly and professionally and inform the client that they received the information through Craft Community in connection with the client’s service request.

The client’s information must be used exclusively for matters related to the acquired opportunity and may not be sold, published, transferred, or used for unrelated purposes.

(2.0) Craft Community Connection Service

Craft Community’s Connection Service was developed to provide the Service Provider with the information necessary to contact the client who requested the service.

The Connection Fee compensates for the connection service and the process related to the lead. It does not represent the purchase of a guaranteed contract, does not guarantee that the client will remain available indefinitely, or that the relationship will continue after the first connection.

(2.1) Purchase and Credit Debit

When the Service Provider selects Purchase This Job, the corresponding Connection Fee will be deducted from the credits available in their account.

The purchase will then enter the verification process. The client’s private information will remain protected and will not be released until Craft Community completes the client availability verification.

(2.2) Availability Verification — Up to 2 Hours

Before authorizing the connection, Craft Community Support will verify whether the client remains available for the service. This process may take up to 2 hours.

If the client remains available, the connection will be approved and the information will be sent to the Service Provider’s Inbox.

If Craft Community determines during this verification that the client is no longer available, 100% of the credits deducted for that connection will be refunded immediately. The Service Provider will also receive a notification informing them that the client is no longer available.

This verification before release exists to reduce avoidable problems. It does not represent a promise that the client’s circumstances or decisions cannot change afterward.

(2.3) Craft Community Support

Administrative communications related to lead verification, connection approval, refunds, warranty reviews, and similar matters will appear to the Service Provider identified as Craft Community Support.

(2.4) After Approval

After the connection is approved, the Service Provider will receive the client’s information and will assume responsibility for making contact professionally and within a reasonable period of time.

From that point forward, the Service Provider and the client control the commercial relationship. Craft Community does not supervise the performance of the work, does not define the final terms of the agreement between the parties, does not guarantee payment for the service by the client, and does not guarantee the conduct or performance of either party.

(3.0) Service Provider Responsibilities

To preserve the integrity of the Negotiated Leads system and eligibility for warranty review, the Service Provider must:

  • Review the lead information before purchasing the connection.
  • Maintain sufficient credits for the Connection Fee.
  • Contact the client promptly after the connection is approved.
  • Maintain professional communication and provide accurate information to the client.
  • Confirm directly with the client the final scope, price, scheduling, materials, and job conditions.
  • Protect the client’s personal information.
  • Preserve messages and other relevant evidence if a warranty situation occurs.

(3.1) Changes to the Project

The client may change the scope, schedule, materials, budget, or other conditions after the lead is created. New terms must be discussed directly between the Service Provider and the client.

(4.0) Negotiated Leads Warranty

The Negotiated Leads Warranty was created to protect the Service Provider when an approved connection presents a verifiable problem, not caused by the Service Provider, that materially prevents the lead from being used as presented.

The warranty protects the Connection Fee paid in credits. It does not function as insurance for the potential value of the project, expected profit, loss of revenue, labor, materials, travel, or other business expenses.

(4.1) Potentially Covered Situations

Subject to review and the presentation of sufficient evidence, a connection may be eligible for a 100% credit refund when:

  • The client states that the service had already been canceled, completed, or assigned to another professional before the approved connection.
  • The phone number or essential contact information provided for the connection is invalid or belongs to the wrong person.
  • The person contacted states that they did not request or do not recognize the service opportunity.
  • The client clearly withdraws from the project for a reason unrelated to the Service Provider’s conduct, performance, delay, communication, or proposed conditions.
  • Essential project information is materially different from that presented in the Negotiated Lead and that difference makes the original opportunity substantially unusable.
  • Another verifiable problem exists in the connection itself and Craft Community Support determines that the Service Provider could not reasonably use the lead as presented.

(4.2) What the Warranty Does Not Guarantee

Craft Community does not guarantee that every valid lead will result in a hire. A legitimate connection may not result in work for normal market reasons.

The warranty generally does not cover:

  • The client rejects a price, estimate, schedule, payment method outside the original negotiation, or other conditions proposed by the Service Provider.
  • The Service Provider later decides that the project is not desirable or profitable.
  • Delays, missed appointments, excessive delay, or failure to contact the client promptly.
  • Communication problems, including language difficulties that prevent an agreement between the parties.
  • Complaints related to the Service Provider’s professionalism, conduct, quality, workmanship, or performance.
  • Disputes arising after the Service Provider and the client independently change the original scope or conditions.
  • Recurring services, future appointments, future revenue, or client retention.
  • Fuel, travel, materials, labor, expected profit, or other business expenses.

(4.3) Client Does Not Respond

The fact that a client does not answer a single phone call or does not immediately respond to a message does not automatically prove that the lead is invalid. We always ask that you wait 24 hours after the first contact so that we can take a more concrete position regarding the refund.

When lack of response is used as the basis for requesting the warranty, Craft Community Support may require evidence of reasonable contact attempts made at appropriate times and may attempt to contact the client independently.

The refund will depend on the circumstances and the available evidence, seeking to determine whether the connection itself became invalid or whether the client simply did not respond immediately.

(4.4) Evidence Required for Warranty Review

The Service Provider must provide sufficient information for Craft Community Support to understand and verify the request. Depending on the reason, the following may be required:

  • Screenshots of conversations with the client showing relevant content, dates, and times.
  • Call history or other records demonstrating reasonable contact attempts.
  • Messages in which the client states that the project was canceled, completed, assigned to another person, or is no longer available.
  • Evidence that the phone number or essential contact information is invalid or belongs to the wrong person.
  • Messages or documentation demonstrating a material difference between the purchased lead and the project described by the client.
  • Other information reasonably requested by Craft Community Support to verify the specific situation.

The evidence must be authentic, legible, and complete enough to allow the context to be understood. Altered or manipulated evidence will not be accepted.

(4.5) Deadline to Request the Warranty

The Negotiated Leads Warranty request must be opened within 3 (three) business days after approval of the connection and release of the client’s information to the Service Provider.

For purposes of this deadline, business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays will not be counted. On the third business day, the deadline will preserve the time corresponding to the moment when the connection was approved and the information was released.

The 3 (three) business-day period applies exclusively to the deadline for the Service Provider to submit the warranty request. A request submitted within this period will remain valid for review even if Craft Community Support completes its review after the end of the third business day.

Opening a request does not constitute automatic approval of a refund. Craft Community Support may request evidence, additional information, and perform the verifications provided for in these rules before deciding on the request.

While the request is under review, the corresponding credits may be identified on the platform as PENDING and will not be included in the available credit balance for use until the review is completed.

(4.6) Warranty Review

Craft Community Support may review the evidence presented, the original lead information, system records, connection history, and relevant communications. When appropriate, Craft Community may contact the client to verify the circumstances.

Opening a warranty request does not create an automatic right to a refund. Approval will depend on the available evidence and the existence of a situation covered by the rules.

(4.7) Refund Exclusively in Platform Credits

When a warranty request is approved, 100% of the credits charged for the corresponding Connection Fee will be returned exclusively to the Service Provider’s credit balance on the Craft Community platform.

Under no circumstances does the Negotiated Leads Warranty provide for a cash refund, withdrawal, conversion, or return in money of the amount corresponding to the credits. The warranty is satisfied exclusively through the restoration of platform credits, which may be used by the Service Provider for future eligible connections and services within Craft Community.

The amounts used to obtain credits arise from contributions or donations made to the platform, in accordance with the model adopted by Craft Community. For this reason, approval of a warranty request does not convert the original contribution or donation into a payment refundable in cash and does not create a right to monetary reimbursement.

During the review of a request, the corresponding credits may remain identified as PENDING. If the request is approved, the credit amount will be released to the Service Provider’s available balance. If the request is denied, the PENDING status will end without those credits being added to the available balance.

The refund is limited to the credits paid for the connection. It does not include the potential value of the work or compensation for lost profit, travel, labor, materials, time, or other expenses.

(4.8) Review Period

Craft Community will seek to complete the warranty review within 48 hours after receiving the information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.

The review may require additional time when the evidence is incomplete, clarification is required, or Craft Community is waiting for information necessary to verify the circumstances.

(4.9) Fraudulent Requests or Misuse

Fraudulent requests, manipulated evidence, intentionally false statements, repeated abuse of the warranty process, or attempts to obtain credits for valid connections may result in rejection of the request and account-related measures in accordance with Craft Community’s general rules.

(5.0) Purpose of the System

Craft Community’s objective is to offer Service Providers a more organized, transparent, and protected connection process. Negotiated Leads combine project information, a defined Connection Fee, availability verification before release, protected delivery of client information, and a warranty process for qualifying problems.

The system was developed to reduce avoidable risks without creating an impossible promise to control the future decisions of third parties. Craft Community can verify and support the connection process; the final hiring decision and the success of the service relationship remain between the client and the Service Provider.

For this reason, each Service Provider must evaluate the opportunity as an independent professional and use the information provided by Craft Community as a starting point for their own confirmation directly with the client.

(6.0) Acceptance of the Rules

By purchasing a Negotiated Lead, the Service Provider acknowledges the connection process, the verification before release, their responsibilities, the limitations of the service, and the conditions of the Negotiated Leads Warranty.
